Tempio Pausania est une commune italienne de 13 056 habitants situ\u00e9e au centre de la Gallura, au pied du Monte Limbara. Elle est connue comme la \u00ab ville de pierre \u00bb, avec ses parcs et ses sources, lieu de d\u00e9tente et d’air salubre de montagne avec son centre historique pittoresque fait de b\u00e2timents et de pavements en granit et d’avenues arbor\u00e9es. <\/p>

Depuis toujours point de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour l’arri\u00e8re-pays gallurien, elle est si\u00e8ge \u00e9piscopal et de tribunal. Cit\u00e9e comme \u00ab Templo \u00bb pour la premi\u00e8re fois en 1173 dans un acte entre la Primatiale de Pise et l’\u00e9v\u00eaque de Civita (aujourd’hui Olbia) et ensuite comme Villa Templi, \u00e0 l’\u00e9poque judicale elle devient chef-lieu de la Curatoria di Gemini, l’une des divisions administratives du judicat de Gallura. <\/p>

Elle a ajout\u00e9 le second nom en 1879 en r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 l’ancien si\u00e8ge de dioc\u00e8se Phausania. La ville est c\u00e9l\u00e8bre, outre pour le granit, pour le li\u00e8ge (auquel est d\u00e9di\u00e9 le mus\u00e9e des machines du li\u00e8ge) et les vins (vermentino, karana et moscato). Elle est connue pour avoir vu na\u00eetre des personnages illustres tels que Gavino Gabriel, ethnomusicologue fondateur de la Discoteca di Stato, et Berardo Demuro, c\u00e9l\u00e8bre t\u00e9nor auquel est \u00e9galement d\u00e9di\u00e9 le mus\u00e9e \u00e9ponyme h\u00e9berg\u00e9 dans l’ancien couvent des Scolopi. <\/p>

Son Carnaval est tr\u00e8s c\u00e9l\u00e8bre, un \u00e9v\u00e9nement qui attire chaque ann\u00e9e cent mille personnes. Le dialecte parl\u00e9 est le \u00ab lu Gadduresu \u00bb. Le plat typique est la suppa cuata, et bien d’autres comme les casgiatini, les papassini et les acciuleddi e meli. En ao\u00fbt, on f\u00eate les saints patrons Saint Paul ermite et la Vierge du Bon Chemin avec des c\u00e9r\u00e9monies religieuses et civiles. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
