The Alta Gallura area offers a wide range of accommodation options, with about a hundred hotel and non-hotel facilities.

The overall capacity is strongly influenced by the non-hotel sector, which offers almost 6,000 beds compared to 1,500 in hotel facilities.

The main centers of hotel accommodation are concentrated in the municipalities of Tempio Pausania and Aglientu, which together host about 70% of the hotel facilities in the inland area. Aglientu also stands out in the non-hotel sector, with more than 4,000 beds predominantly in campsites.

In recent years, distributed hospitality has begun to develop in the inland municipalities as well, with the emergence of new B&Bs in locations such as Bortigiadas, Aggius and Luogosanto.

An important role is also played by farm stays, with about forty facilities distributed throughout the territory, offering accommodation and typical local cuisine.

Finally, the phenomenon of second homes, particularly widespread in Aglientu, represents an additional element of the local tourist offer. The enhancement of rural buildings and renovated historic centers could provide a new opportunity for the economic diversification of the area.
